3D music films

In 1979 Peter Graute of the recordstore Backstreet recorded a collection of Rotterdam bands on his label Backlash. Amongst the bands recorded were Tandstickorshocks, Revo, Bunker, Pierre, the Rondos and the Foreign Bodies of which yours truly Maxim Baghuis was the keyboard player.

3D music films is planning a documentary (in 3D) that revisits the Rotterdam music scene of late 70's early 80's. We'll talk with the inspired and the inspirators, we'll convert historic footage into 3D and combine this with the remains of the places and venues and of the people today, hoping to give an inspiring image of an era in which pure energy took the form of music.
